About The Position

Storylink is a brand engagement agency in the Twin Cities that designs and builds custom exhibits and brand experiences. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including preparing trade show exhibits, delivering them, and assisting the small package fulfillment team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a good problem-solver, and capable of working both independently and as part of a small team. A key requirement is the ability and willingness to operate a forklift.

Requirements

Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with RF scanners and inventory software.
Demonstrated reliable attendance and ability to collaborate effectively within a small team.
Possession of reliable transportation to the office and warehouse.
Clear communication skills.
Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and dependability.
Willingness and ability to operate a forklift for daily warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

Help prepare exhibits for departure from the warehouse, which includes pulling items, getting them ready, and loading or unloading trucks.
Receive incoming freight, which may involve heavy lifting.
Carefully check in exhibit items, displays, and fixtures.
Set up booths and ensure graphics are fitted correctly.
Organize, label, and prepare FedEx shipments as needed.
Participate in warehouse safety activities.
Utilize timekeeping forms and account systems to maintain accurate billing records.
Complete other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Production Manager.
