We are actively looking for a Warehouse/Service Floater to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the drive and passion to succeed, come join our winning Team! This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position. No nights, no weekends.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years
Repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
Perform basic service tasks, such as assembling, installing, or repairing equipment as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with products or machinery.
Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.
Report any major service issues to the appropriate department for follow-up.
Fill in across roles to support seamless operations, including assisting other team members.
Communicate effectively with warehouse, service techs, drivers and customer service teams to coordinate tasks.
Assist in special projects, such as equipment setup or warehouse reorganizations.
