About The Position

National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is hiring a Warehouse Selector to support distribution operations serving Dunkin’ restaurants. The role uses electric pallet jacks, forklifts, wearable computers, and ring scanners to pick, label, and palletize products, build custom orders, and stage them for outbound delivery. Work takes place across dry, refrigerated, and freezer warehouse environments. This is a full-time position in Westampton, New Jersey, with a Sunday–Friday schedule. Shifts may vary according to operational needs and may start as early as 5:00 AM or as late as 4:00 PM; specific schedules are provided during the interview process. The position offers hourly pay up to $31, consisting of a $20 base rate, productivity incentive, and 90-day bonus. Base pay increases to $25.37 per hour after successfully completing 90 days of employment.

Requirements

Ability to work in dry ambient-temperature, cooler (34 degrees), and freezer (-10 degrees) environments.
Sufficient English comprehension and communication skills to safely perform essential job functions, use voice-directed warehouse technology, understand work and safety instructions, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers about operational and safety matters.
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
Ability to operate a shrink-wrap machine and manually shrink-wrap products.
Ability to operate powered industrial trucks, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and high lifts.
Ability to work flexible days and hours; the schedule may include weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience.
Desire and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to safely and accurately select orders in various warehouse temperature environments.
Stack products on pallets according to proper operating procedures.
Stage pallets for loading at assigned outbound dock locations.
Maintain established selection rates for assigned temperature zones.
Secure products for transit by shrink-wrapping manually or using a shrink-wrap machine.
Perform daily safety inspections of material-handling equipment.
Safely operate all equipment used to perform the role’s tasks.
Use proper and safe lifting techniques.
Meet company standards for safety, attendance, and conduct.
Immediately report unsafe conditions or accidents to a supervisor.
Attend required company meetings.
Follow NDCP’s Good Distribution Practices.
Assist with orderly maintenance and general warehouse housekeeping.
Cross-train in other functions and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
