About The Position

While no prior experience is required as training is provided, the role demands physical stamina and the ability to work in extreme temperatures. Selectors are compensated with a starting wage that increases with production and efficiency, with opportunities to earn significantly above the base rate, plus overtime.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test.
• Successfully pass a background check.
