About The Position

The Warehouse Selector selects products throughout the warehouse using equipment that may include single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, or forklifts. The role also involves using VoCollect, RF scan-guns, or reading manual tickets, and performing other duties assigned by site leadership. The position is based in Schenectady, New York, on the second shift, from 4 p.m. until finish. Pay is listed as $720–$960+ per week, with production-based earnings tied to output.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with a ride-on electric pallet jack.
• High energy and a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to make independent decisions as needed to accomplish tasks.
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate changing operational needs.
• Ability to enter data accurately and handle administrative tasks as assigned.
• Ability to sit or stand for periods in an office and warehouse environment, including concrete flooring and changing temperatures.
• Ability to walk throughout the warehouse during the shift.
