About The Position

Gordon Food Service is seeking a 2nd Shift Freezer Order Selector for their Distribution Center in Taunton, Massachusetts. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless order processing and delivery to customers. The position involves working on your feet for over 10 hours a day, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in a freezer environment. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. The pay starts at $22.95/hour, including a $1.00 2nd shift premium, with opportunities for weekly pay, hourly performance incentives, and an additional $1.19 hourly freezer premium. Overtime is also available.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in extremely cold or hot conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs comfortably and unassisted.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
