We're seeking motivated Night Shift Warehouse Selectors to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Cloquet, MN. In this role, you'll play a critical part in supplying restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, and other customers throughout the Upper Midwest. This is more than a warehouse job. The harder you work, the more you can earn through our incentive program. That's why we offer a competitive starting wage of $21.50 per hour, with performance incentives that can increase your earnings to $28.00+ per hour.

Requirements

The ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 pounds regularly and more than 100 pounds occasionally
Comfort working in dry, refrigerated, and freezer environments ranging from -10°F to 85°F
Basic math and communication skills
The ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment, including electric pallet jacks
Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude
A commitment to accuracy, safety, and delivering quality work every shift

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Accurately selecting customer orders while meeting productivity and quality standards
Building, wrapping, and securing pallets for safe transportation
Operating electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
Verifying products for accuracy, quality, and damage-free condition
Transporting completed orders to designated shipping areas
Performing equipment inspections and following all safety procedures
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
Working closely with teammates to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule
