About The Position

The Warehouse Sanitation role focuses on maintaining a clean and debris-free work environment within a warehouse facility. Associates will learn sanitation and pallet sorting best practices, working independently or in teams with minimal supervision. This role involves significant interaction with customer staff and delivery personnel, requiring a positive and friendly demeanor. Responsibilities include assigned tasks to ensure consistent workflow and meet customer expectations.

Requirements

Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs

Responsibilities

Keep the work site clean and free of debris
Learn sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility
Work alone or in teams with minimal supervision
Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel
Assigned to specified areas within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
Handling of pallets as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer time lines and maintaining a safe work environment
Keeps Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributes suggestions for improvements
