About The Position

The Warehouse Runner supports daily warehouse operations by accurately picking and preparing customer orders, maintaining inventory flow, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong sense of accountability to keep operations running efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with consistent productivity expectations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory handling
• Reliable with consistent attendance and a strong sense of accountability
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including cooler or refrigerated areas
• Able to follow procedures and safety requirements consistently
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or order-picking environment is considered an asset
• Forklift experience or a valid forklift license is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Pick, gather, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently from warehouse inventory
• Restock, rotate, and organize products to maintain inventory accuracy and product quality
• Process driver returns and ensure products are returned to correct locations
• Support customer pickups by providing timely and professional service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all company safety procedures and protocols
• Record inventory movements and complete required documentation accurately
• Complete all required job training and apply this knowledge to perform duties safely and independently
• Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets
• Other related duties as required
