Reliance is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. This role is crucial for supporting the company's growth and providing excellent customer service. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Computer skills including scanning, email, and data collection.
  • Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. (and greater with assistance).
  • Ability to use a wheeler to move Water Heaters.
  • Must have a valid class G driver’s license.
  • Must have a clean Driver’s License.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and help inventory HVAC equipment and materials.
  • Load and unload equipment.
  • Scan and enter serialized equipment into the system.
  • Stage HVAC equipment and materials prior to installations.
  • Document and report on stock quantities to ensure adequate inventory.
  • Make deliveries as required by Installation crews.
  • Load and unload at job sites.
  • Assist Installation crews with daily truck inspections and ensure regular maintenance.
  • Work closely with Installation, Sales, and Workforce Planning departments to ensure smooth and accurate flow of information.
  • Refurbish water heaters and remove components from scrapped heaters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
