About The Position

Lifetime Brands is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Returns Clerk to join our team in Hagerstown. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the accurate receiving, inspection, and processing of returned merchandise. If you have a strong focus on inventory control, basic computer proficiency, and enjoy working in a dynamic warehouse environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with us.
A returns clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, processing and documenting returned merchandise. This position ensures returned merchandise are accurately evaluated, inventoried and processed.

Responsibilities

• Receive returned merchandise.
• Inspect returned item for damage/defects.
• Determine disposition of returned products.
• Process returns in WMS
• Verify authorization numbers and supporting documentation
• Prepare vendor return shipments when required.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
• Maintain databases
• Answers the telephone and answers questions and gives direction when needed
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Performs a variety of tasks
• Other duties as assigned
