About The Position

The Warehouse Representative (3rd Shift) ensures efficient operation of the store and is responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock and other items during the third shift working schedule. The Warehouse Representative (3rd Shift) will join our mission to “Make the tech in the truck more efficient” and embrace our vision to “Enhance lives through solutions.”

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient using company’s inventory system
  • Basic math skills to manage and maintain inventory
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Certification and continuous training required by material handlers to operate heavy-lifting machinery like forklifts
  • Ability to be certified in forklift operation

Responsibilities

  • Receives and processes incoming product shipments and helps unload delivery truck during a 3rd shift schedule
  • Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database
  • Ensures shipments are inspected and damages are noted and documented
  • Initiates records as products enter and leave the warehouse through a computerized inventory control system
  • Stores products in proper locations
  • Receives, pulls, and properly prepares all customer orders
  • Utilizes forklift, pallet jacks, and other equipment when needed to store or pull inventory
  • Monitors equipment to ensure safety and reports any issues to the supervisor
  • Helps load products on delivery truck or for customer
  • Ensures safety of the warehouse by keeping it clean and free of potential hazards
  • Assists with training of new employees
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
