About The Position

This position's responsibility will be to work and assist in all area(s) of the shipping/receiving warehouse. The primary duties of the position to include, but not be limited to: To unload/load incoming/outgoing raw materials (ingredients, packaging) for the plant, to shuffle raw materials received to the plant as needed, to ensure that finished product trailers, both empty and full are moved to and from plant docks, and to receive/track all incoming raw materials though the use of the computerized inventory tracking system. Must meet/comply with DOT (Department of Transportation) driving laws and regulations. Must be able to communicate/coordinate and prioritize warehousing work schedule.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 21+ years of age
  • Available to work full time 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift, weekends and required overtime
  • Ability to and be capable of driving a tractor trailer unit
  • Ability to maintain accurate record keeping including the maintenance of driver logbooks
  • Ability and be capable of obtaining certification to operate a fork truck
  • Obtain or hold a Class A CDL certification
  • Comply with the hours-of-service regulations under v49CFR Part 395 of the Federal Motor Carrier/Safety Administration

Responsibilities
