About The Position

This is a fast-paced warehouse environment where the average line worker is picking around 120 boxes per hour. The role requires lifting and packing boxes from 100 pounds and down. The position involves preparing orders for distribution, cross-training in various warehouse functions, and participating in loading and unloading trucks. Key responsibilities include picking and packing orders, preparing distribution documents, ensuring quality control, acquiring product knowledge, mastering Warehouse Management Systems, learning ISO standard compliance, investigating discrepancies, learning international shipping and receiving, and training in other warehouse functions while following all safety procedures.

Requirements

• Six (6) months of experience in a warehouse
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• A potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of experience in warehouse that includes picking and packing, loading and unloading of trucks, and use of an RF scanner/scan gun
