About The Position

As a Warehouse Receiver, you’ll play a key role in keeping our field teams stocked, organized, and ready to deliver 5-star service. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who takes pride in staying organized and keeping things running smoothly.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the last 3 years
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs) regularly
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in where needed
• Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Home services experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments from vendors and suppliers
• Verify shipments against packing lists, invoices, and purchase orders for accuracy
• Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly
• Accurately enter received items into inventory systems and maintain up-to-date records
• Organize and stock materials in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving and warehouse area
• Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure timely availability of materials
• Assist technicians with staging materials for jobs and tracking inventory usage
• Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits as needed
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.)
• Help with occasional deliveries or pickups when needed
