About The Position

As a Warehouse Receiver, you’ll play a key role in keeping our field teams stocked, organized, and ready to deliver 5-star service. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who takes pride in staying organized and keeping things running smoothly.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the last 3 years
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs) regularly
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems
Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in where needed
Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred (home services a plus)

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments from vendors and suppliers
Verify shipments against packing lists, invoices, and purchase orders for accuracy
Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly
Accurately enter received items into inventory systems and maintain up-to-date records
Organize and stock materials in designated warehouse locations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving and warehouse area
Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure timely availability of materials
Assist technicians with staging materials for jobs and tracking inventory usage
Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits as needed
Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.)
Help with occasional deliveries or pickups when needed
