About The Position

Mity-Lite, a leading manufacturer of conference, banquet, and institutional furniture, is hiring a Warehouse Receiver to join our team. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 1st shift, starting at 7 am, with overtime likely. The role involves receiving and inspecting incoming materials, verifying shipments, operating a forklift, maintaining inventory records in the MRP system, ensuring proper put-away and organization, supporting safety and cleanliness standards, communicating with various departments, and helping to meet productivity targets.

Requirements

• Prior forklift experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic computer and inventory system experience

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage
• Verify shipments against purchase orders
• Operate forklift
• Enter and maintain accurate inventory records in MRP system
• Ensure proper put-away, organization, and inventory accuracy
• Support safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards
• Communicate with Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service
• Help meet productivity and performance targets
