As a Warehouse – Receiver (Luxury) , you'll play an essential role in preparing luxury merchandise for shipment. Every order leaving our Distribution Center reflects the care, quality, and attention to detail our clients expect. This is a full-time onsite position working at our Distribution Center in Maspeth, Queens.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required.
Experience in apparel, retail, or luxury goods is preferred, but not required.
Experience with warehouse management systems, including NetSuite, is a plus.
Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

Receiving involves qc’ing new inventory shipments from vendors.
Labeling items, tagging products with return tags and putting them away into their respective, designated racks/ shelves.
Inspect products for shortages, overages, damage, or discrepancies.
Accurately receive inventory into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Stage received merchandise for putaway, or other designated warehouse locations.
Report damaged or incorrect shipments to a lead or supervisor.
Ensure all inbound shipments are processed within established service level agreements (SLAs).
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily fulfillment goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
