About The Position

The Warehouse Quality Associate is responsible for validating check-in of all incoming warehouse loads. The role involves matching inbound and outbound inventory, verifying load accuracy, inspecting incoming vehicles, maintaining records, entering inventory data, and maintaining bin integrity in mass storage. The position works Monday through Friday, 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary with the seasons.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Basic computer application and technology skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse, inventory, or auditing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Match inbound and outbound inventory.
• Ensure each load is accurate at check-in.
• Visually inspect all incoming vehicles by entering each truck.
• Maintain required documentation for record management.
• Enter inventory data into a handheld device.
• Maintain bin integrity in mass storage.
