About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Production Worker. This role involves inspecting boards for defects, assisting machine operators, and handling materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and able to follow instructions closely.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, and repetitive motion
• Comfortable working with long lumber materials and in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Team player with a positive work ethic
• Familiarity with industrial safety practices

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in lumber, manufacturing, or production environments

Responsibilities

• Move along production lines inspecting boards for defects
• Identify and mark acceptable and defective joints according to instructions
• Assist machine operators with setting stops to the proper length
• Check links and ensure proper alignment and quality standards
• Safely handle boards up to 53' in length, transferring materials from shoulder height to floor level
• Operate banding equipment
• Maintain a steady work pace while ensuring product quality
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
