About The Position

The Production Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations by performing a variety of tasks that ensure production goals are met efficiently, safely, and with a high level of quality. The Production Warehouse Worker’s essential responsibilities will be around order selection, equipment operation, and general material handling within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this position works well on a team and has a positive attitude. They are also mindful of safety in a manufacturing warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of warehouse experience.
Experience with order selection and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

Operate on the production line with consistency, speed, and accuracy.
Ensure production requirements and quality standards are consistently met.
Verify product accuracy using Production Dump Sheets.
Report quality issues to the Line Lead or Warehouse Manager as needed.
Select and stage orders accurately for processing or shipment.
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform repetitive tasks related to seed or product handling and packaging.
Build and wrap pallets securely for storage or distribution.
Attach accurate labels and tags to products and packages in compliance with standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Follow all verbal and written instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
