About The Position
Vantage Elevation, LLC is North America’s leading independent manufacturer of elevator components and systems. The Vantage group employs over 900 staff in multiple locations across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Vantage is seeking a motivated Production Worker that will be responsible for arranging shipments of materials, inspecting and verifying goods, managing inventory levels of shipping materials and supplies, operating a forklift, and driving between the warehouse and manufacturing facilities. The Production Worker must have outstanding communication and strong work ethic. They must operate equipment to meet facility goals for safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.
Requirements
- High School degree with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts, including cherry pickers, clamp trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, etc.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving company vehicles.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
- Exceptional work ethic, time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Benefits
- Salary for New York Based Applicants: $17.00 - $19.00 an hour
- Weekly Pay
- Overtime available
- Eligible for benefits through the IBEW, Local 3 Union after 90 days
