Warehouse/Plumber Helper - Apprentice opportunity Looking for a career in the trades? Do you like to work with your hands? DRF has the path to a sponsored apprenticeship program. Begin your career working as a plumber helper completing time in the field and in the warehouse replenishment center. Plumber helpers are promoted into our approved Plumber Apprenticeship based on performance and seniority.

Requirements

• No previous experience necessary; we will train hard working individuals who have a desire to learn and a mechanical aptitude.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Active driver's license
• Good attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Load plumber trucks in the morning
• Re-stocking trucks and satellite shops
• Local parts delivery
• Receiving parts deliveries in the computer
• Pair with a licensed plumber to complete plumbing installs
• On the job training
• Classroom / shop training
• Cleaning up the shop, sweeping, mopping, trash pull
• Assisting plumbers on job sites - carry tools, learn paperwork, watch installs
