About The Position
We make flowers that never wilt. Real wood, hand-shaped, shipped to couples building their dream weddings all over the country. Every box you pack is part of somebody's big day! We need sharp, reliable people to pull orders, pack them clean, and get them out the door fast.
Requirements
- You move fast and pay attention to detail
- You show up on time, every time
- You can lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet
- You'd rather get it right than get it done sloppy
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, not a must
Responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately from the warehouse floor
- Pack products so they show up looking perfect
- Keep your station organized and stocked
- Hit daily targets without cutting corners on quality
- Jump in where the team needs you
