About The Position

The Warehouse and picking Associate is responsible for various warehouse activities, including but not limited to stocking, order picking, kitting, counting, and receiving products.

Requirements

Ability to unload deliveries from suppliers at the receiving dock and verify shipments for accuracy.
Ability to match packing lists with received materials and identify/report discrepancies.
Proficiency in accurately entering received materials into the production control system.
Skill in receiving and logging all associated products to the specified work ticket/working traveler.
Capability to kit all products for distribution to the floor for production.
Experience in restocking all departments within production.
Ability to pull products from finished goods inventory per order shipment requests.
Skill in packaging/boxing all products and associated materials for customer shipment.
Experience with teardown of pick and place machines and recounting reels using an automated reel counter.
Ability to count unused screws, washers, etc. using a weight scale for accuracy.
Proficiency in restocking all materials to their designated location and assigning them to a location with the ERP system.
Experience performing cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; restock and monitor supplies.
Knowledge of and adherence to all company safety policies and procedures.
Willingness to execute additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.
