About The Position

The Warehouse Picker fills customer orders and delivers them to the delivery platform in accordance with company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The role ensures that orders are complete and correct. It pulls, packages, labels, and prepares customer orders for shipment, including customs documents when required for international shipments. The position follows established work instructions and procedures and performs other duties as assigned. Pay is $15.00 per hour, with weekly pay on Friday. Benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) are available.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in a warehouse environment.
Organized and attentive to detail.
Able to work in a team environment.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to work for periods of time without direct supervision.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Pull material for Dealer Direct customer orders requiring same-day shipment via UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers.
Pull material for Bulk Orders requiring shipment within the same week the orders are received.
Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
Identify and record problems related to the product, process, and quality system.
Package material for customer orders, including applying customer-required labels.
Prepare orders for shipment, including required customs documents for international shipments.
Follow work instructions and procedures for picking and packaging customer orders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ensure orders are complete and correct and deliver them to the delivery platform in accordance with company safety, security, and productivity standards.
