About The Position

The Warehouse Picker selects and moves products from warehouse locations using RF scanning equipment to receive, verify, and complete assigned work tasks. The position also performs safety exercises, replenishment, and putaway tasks while operating equipment and following personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. No experience or education is required, and on-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.

Nice To Haves

One year of similar work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform shipping and receiving duties.
Document incoming and outgoing items.
Keep the work area tidy and organized.
Maintain stock of shop supplies.
Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas.
Verify documented counts against physical stock counts.
Receive and fill orders or prepare supplies for sale.
Install protective devices to prevent items from shifting or being damaged during transport.
Drive a truck or forklift to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials.
Pick up and deliver customer equipment, shop supplies, and parts.
Perform facility janitorial and maintenance duties, such as changing light bulbs, removing trash, and communicating work orders.
Perform replenishment and putaway tasks while following safety and PPE requirements.
