About The Position

HJ Staffing is seeking 15 dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Pickers to support Pegasus Logistics Group. The role involves receiving, stocking, managing inventory, pulling orders, and shipping customer-owned merchandise. Pickers also execute transactions in customer-specific systems and handle specialized items, including serialized electronics.

The position begins at 306 Airline Drive in Coppell, Texas, and will transition to the new Northlink warehouse at 15301 Northlink Drive in Fort Worth, Texas, later this year. Selected candidates must be willing and able to work at both locations during the transition. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional weekends required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, receiving, or inventory control experience.
• Understanding of standard warehouse storage and handling techniques and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Willingness and ability to work at both the Coppell and Fort Worth locations during the transition.

Nice To Haves

• 3 or more years of related warehouse experience.
• Active forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive, select, inventory, and store supplies, merchandise, and specialized equipment, including serialized electronics.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet drivers, and hand carts to move inventory.
• Load and unload shipments while adhering to account-specific service level agreements.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with ongoing inventory management.
• Handle less-than-truckload shipping duties and use transportation management systems to process Bills of Lading.
• Execute transactions in customer-specific systems.
