About The Position

The Warehouse picker/puller is responsible for accurately loading and unloading orders for shipment to customers. This role requires the ability to lift 50-100 lbs, build good shippable pallets keeping all items inside the pallet with no overhang, and use scanners to pull orders in the system to assure accurate order completion. Once a pallet is complete, it is dropped in the order staging area, wrapped, labeled, and moved to the outbound shipping dock. The position also involves exercising proper pallet usage to limit the number of pallets per order, assisting in maintaining a clean warehouse, and cross-training in other departments. Attendance and the ability to work in the elements during the entire shift are essential functions of this position.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
• Must have basic computer literacy.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Must be able to understand, speak, write and read English.
• Must be able to pass math test.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an order puller preferred.
• Experience with a hand scanner strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
