About The Position
The Order Picker / Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking and pulling orders, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bilingual required
- Certified to operate an electric pallet jack (EPJ)
- Previous experience in order picking and pulling required
- Basic math and counting skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Responsibilities
- Pick and pull orders accurately based on order sheets or system instructions
- Operate electric pallet jack (EPJ) (certification required)
- Verify product quantities using basic math and counting skills
- Organize and stage orders for shipping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
