About The Position

Warehouse Personnel are an important part of the Anheuser-Busch supply chain and perform a variety of warehouse duties. The role involves accurately picking products, building and verifying loads, and ensuring the correct items are loaded onto trucks for distribution while protecting products and supporting employee safety. The stated schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM, overnight; overtime may be required. Pay is $21.50 per hour during training, followed by a daily base of $148 plus commission.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must have a safe driving record.
Ability to safely operate job-related equipment, such as a hand truck or pallet jack.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions and across wide temperature variations.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 165 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the job.
Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehousing or distribution experience preferred.
Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure loads are built and loaded accurately and promptly.
Build stable pallets using the correct pallet-building ties to secure products.
Use scan-to-pick technology to ensure product accuracy and correct pick quantities.
Load and unload delivery and over-the-road trucks, and ensure proper stock rotation in the warehouse and on trucks.
Wrap orders before loading them onto trucks.
Maintain and track quality control.
Maintain the facility’s appearance, monitor and repack damaged products, and perform general equipment maintenance.
Safely operate warehouse equipment as necessary.
