About The Position

ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Order Picker to perform general warehouse duties. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., at an hourly rate of $18.35. The specific offer may vary based on an applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Document incoming and outgoing items.
• Keep the work area tidy and organized.
• Maintain stock of shop supplies.
• Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas.
• Verify documented counts against physical stock counts.
• Receive and fill orders or prepare supplies for sale.
• Install protective devices to prevent items from shifting or being damaged during transport.
• Drive a truck or forklift to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials.
• Pick up and deliver customer equipment, shop supplies, parts, and other items.
• Perform facility janitorial and maintenance duties, such as changing light bulbs, removing trash, and communicating work orders.
