About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Warehouse/Parts Runner to join their team. This is a full-time, year-round position with competitive pay. ARS-Rescue Rooter is the largest provider of residential services in the U.S., with over 45 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services.

Requirements

• Data entry experience
• Valid state driver’s license required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Related warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Data entry on materials pulled daily
• Registering and submitting warranties on equipment
• Stage materials and equipment for technician readiness
• Stock service vehicles with required parts
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments
• Deliver materials to job sites and assist with loading trucks
• Maintain and track inventory, supplies, tools, and equipment
• Coordinate warranty item returns and vendor shipments
• Pick up materials from suppliers
• Disassemble HVAC equipment
• Drive a box truck
• Keep warehouse organized and responsive to operational needs
• Maintain accurate documentation on inventory and purchases
