About The Position

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Pallet Handlers in Boise, Idaho. The role involves sorting good pallets from bad pallets and loading good pallets into the Case machine, primarily using a stand-up forklift. Physical labor is described as minimal, with sweeping required in between tasks. The work is fast-paced and physical. The schedule is 8:00 AM until finish, Monday through Friday, and the pay is $19 per hour, paid weekly. Benefits are available after 60 days of employment.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 pounds; materials handled vary.
• Candidates must be over 18 years old.
• Candidates must undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred; training may be provided to the right candidate.
