We have an immediate full time opening and are searching for new team member to join our Warehouse/Packout Department in Portland. This is an entry level opportunity that is supported by a team that will train you to perform in our unique environment.

Requirements

Self-starters who are willing to learn!
Strong work ethic - dependable and demonstrate good attendance
Able to work a 12-hour night shift
Able to meet the physical qualifications for this position which include: Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, Standing for an extended period of time, Lift, throw, bend, squat, twist, and reach, Working in both hot and cold conditions
Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship
Need to be able to read, write and understand English

Nice To Haves

Basic computer knowledge is a plus
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not necessary
Have a positive attitude and be willing to assist others when needed.

Responsibilities

Use a forklift to move inventory to proper locations in the warehouse.
Operate machinery (area bag and silo) and all associated equipment
Ensure the product is packaged, strapped, and labeled properly prior to shipping
Make labels and handle rework boxes
Set up packaging supplies (build boxes, retrieve pallets, build lids, install liners, etc.)
Monitor and report any damage to boxes, contamination, or discrepancies
Maintain and complete required paperwork for proper product identification and traceability
Responsible for executing all safety protocols - safety is critical to everyone's success.
Responsible for keeping your designated work area clean
