About The Position

The Warehouse/Package Operator role requires loading and unloading of package trailers in a fast-paced environment. The role requires individuals skilled in inventory control, safety compliance, and meeting productivity goals while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer service. This position is for the Paulsboro Lubricants Plant, which manufactures, packages, warehouses, and distributes commercial, marine, and industrial lubricants. The plant operates 24/5 and is typically shut down during the weekend.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move packages safely
• Basic computer and device knowledge
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience with shift work
• Experience in manufacturing industry (warehouse/package)
• Prior Forklift experience (electric or propane)
