About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations. Package Handlers contribute to smooth warehouse operations by working safely, maintaining quality, and helping keep the work environment productive and secure. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading delivery trucks, while working collaboratively with the team.

The position is located at 2800 Whiptail Loop, Suite G, Carlsbad, CA 92010. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Hours may vary based on business needs, and work may continue through completion of required sorting and cleanup activities as directed by site management. The listed pay is $18 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have basic spoken and written English proficiency to understand safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Be able to remain on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and help maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete warehouse tasks.
