About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations at 8155 Stayton Dr, Jessup, MD 20794. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, with an emphasis on quality and adherence to safety protocols. Package Handlers unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, and load trucks for delivery while working collaboratively with the team.

The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 2:00 AM to 7:00 AM or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management. The listed pay is $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to stay on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices, which OnTrac identifies as its first core value.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
