About The Position

Gordon Food Service is hiring a Warehouse Package Handler at its distribution center in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Warehouse staff support order processing and delivery to customers. The role involves working on your feet throughout the shift and lifting up to 100 pounds. No prior experience is required, and a dedicated training team provides training. Starting pay is $21.14 per hour, plus a $1.00 second-shift premium. Pay scales with production and efficiency, and employees can earn two raises during their first year as well as performance incentives. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday on second shift, starting at 7:50 p.m. and ending when work is finished; the end time depends on case volume. Fridays and Saturdays are scheduled days off. Employees must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed, and work in extreme cold or hot conditions. Candidates must pass a drug test and background check.
