About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Package Handler Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of package handlers, ensuring efficient and safe operations within the warehouse. You will play a key part in the receiving, sorting, and shipping of packages, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations. This position offers a competitive hourly wage with a shift differential for weekend work.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with warehouse management systems.
- Forklift certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of package handlers.
- Oversee the receiving, sorting, and shipping of packages.
