About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Package Handler Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of package handlers, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of packages, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This is a critical role in our logistics operations, requiring strong leadership skills and a commitment to operational excellence.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of package handlers.
• Oversee the sorting, loading, and unloading of packages.
• Ensure all packages are handled safely and efficiently.
• Train new team members on proper procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
