About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Package Handler Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of package handlers, ensuring efficient and safe operations within the warehouse. Your primary focus will be on sorting, loading, and unloading packages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with package handling equipment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of package handlers.
- Oversee the sorting, loading, and unloading of packages.
