About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Package Handler Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of package handlers, ensuring efficient and accurate sorting and movement of packages within the warehouse. You will also be involved in the hands-on handling of packages, maintaining a safe work environment, and meeting operational goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work the specified shift hours.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with package sorting equipment.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse package handlers.
• Oversee the sorting, loading, and unloading of packages.
