This position offers a competitive hourly wage with a premium for weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages as needed.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with specific warehouse management systems.
- Forklift certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse package handlers.
- Oversee daily package handling operations.
- Ensure efficient and accurate sorting and movement of packages.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Communicate with management regarding operational status and any issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
