About The Position

As an Overage, Shortage & Damages (OS&D) Team Member, you will be part of the team that manages the proper disposition of damaged and returned product. You will receive over-shipments and damaged product from customers and the warehouse and repack the salvageable product. This role is responsible for retrieving and removing damaged product from the case and repackaging salvageable product to return to the warehouse. Additionally, you will stack unsellable product on a pallet, shrink wrap it, and load it onto a trailer for shipment to another facility. You will also record the receipt of returned products from in-bound trailers and maintain a clean and sanitary work area by sweeping and mopping floors and stacking product.

Requirements

• Ability to lift between 30 – 70 lbs.
• Ability to walk/stand up to 12 hrs.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures.
• Capable of operating the necessary equipment.
• Must be able to work an eight hour shift with occasional overtime.
• This position requires constant standing, bending, stooping and lifting.

Responsibilities
