This is a 2nd shift position working Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm. This position requires the incumbent to fill retail orders in several different pick mediums within Order Processing that include Single Carton Fill, Multi Carton Fill, and Batch Cart while wearing a headset and using a handheld device. Filling methods and skills will vary according to area. Therefore, flexibility to fill in all work types within this description is required. The incumbent completes customer orders using computer-generated documents to pick 2D and 3D product from bins throughout the warehouse while meeting production expectations. This position requires the highest possible quality and customer service by adhering to standard operating procedures while selecting and packing items in cartons and placing cartons on a conveyor system. Teamwork, cooperation and flexibility, along with LEAN principles of problem solving and elimination of waste are expectations of the position. Additionally, every employee is responsible for their personal safety, as well as the safety of their peers. Adherence to established safety policies and procedures, along with the reporting of all injuries and unsafe conditions are also requirements of this position. Business needs of the department may require additions or changes to the duties of this position.
