About The Position

J Polep Distribution Services, a division of National Convenience Distributors, is the 4th largest full-line convenience store distributor in the Northeastern United States. We are seeking Warehouse Order Selectors for our Chicopee, MA location. This is a fast-paced, rewarding position offering great pay and tremendous opportunities. We are located at 705 Meadow Street, Chicopee, MA 01013.

Requirements

• Must be able to read/write/speak English.
• Must have the ability to do simple math such as Add and Subtract.
• Must be able to lift to 50 LBS.
• Must be able to use RF Scanners.
• This position requires long periods of standing, bending, lifting and walking.

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience within the last 2 years preferred but not required.
• No equipment experience necessary.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Select orders in a warehouse environment.
• Work a schedule of Sunday through Thursday, from 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with mandatory overtime.
• Utilize RF Scanners.
• Perform simple math such as addition and subtraction.
• Lift up to 50 LBS.
• Endure long periods of standing, bending, lifting, and walking.
