About The Position
We are seeking Warehouse Order Selectors for temp to hire opportunities supporting distribution center operations. This role includes a 17-week structured training and evaluation period, after which workers may be considered for full-time employment based on performance. Candidate must be eligible to be employed for an indefinite period of time without limitations. Training is available in both English and Spanish. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. All employees must be able to follow safety procedures and training instructions. Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance are essential.
Requirements
- Eligible to be employed for an indefinite period of time without limitations.
- Able to follow safety procedures and training instructions.
- Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance.
- Able to lift up to 87 lbs at any given time to shoulder level and up to 76.5 lbs overhead, throughout an entire shift.
- Able to obtain clearance to ride an electric pallet jack and other equipment as necessary.

Responsibilities
- Use voice-controlled system to select full case grocery, frozen and/or other perishable products using a ride-on electric pallet jack.
- Wear headsets throughout the entire shift.
- Palletize cases and prepare pallets to ship to local stores.
- Individually lift and move products as part of regular job duties.
- Obtain clearance to ride an electric pallet jack and other equipment as necessary.
