Warehouse Order Puller Associate
About The Position
The Order Puller Associate stocks incoming merchandise and fills customer orders, helping customers pick up furniture and take it home the same day. The role safely operates a Stock Picker, Reach Truck, Sit Down Forklift, and other equipment needed to transport merchandise for customers and other departments. AFW provides full training and certifications for all equipment. The position is full-time in a warehouse environment, with weekends and holidays included in the schedule. Afternoon, night, and weekend pay premiums are offered, along with weekly pay and paid time off. The starting rate is $18.50 per hour, with a $1 per hour afternoon premium and a $2 per hour weekend premium added to base pay; higher starting rates are available for verified experience. Pay is reviewed three times a year. A pre-employment drug screen and background check must be passed upon job offer.
