Warehouse Order Puller Associate
About The Position
The Order Puller Associate stocks incoming merchandise and fills customer orders, helping ensure customers can pick up furniture and take it home the same day. The role safely operates stock pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and other equipment needed to transport merchandise for customers and other departments. Full training and certifications for equipment are provided. This is a full-time warehouse position with benefits; weekends and holidays are part of the schedule. Afternoon, night, and weekend pay premiums are offered. The starting rate is $18.50 per hour, with a $1 per hour afternoon premium and a $2 per hour weekend premium added to the base rate. Higher starting rates may be available for verified experience. Pay is weekly, and pay reviews occur three times a year. A pre-employment drug screen and background check must be passed upon job offer.
